Legazpi City (Bikol: Ciudad nin Legazpi; Filipino: Lungsod ng Legazpi) is a city and capital of the province of Albay, Philippines. With 179,481 inhabitants according to the 2007 census, it is the largest city in the Bicol Region in terms of population, though not in land area. It is also the regional center of the Bicol Region.
Located in the geographical center of the peninsula and between the two island provinces of
Catanduanes and
Masbate, Legazpi City is the southernmost terminus of the
Philippine National Railways Main Line South, though it will be extended up to
Matnog in
Sorsogon. It also services sea-going vessels through its port.
The city is the ecclesiastical seat of the Diocese of Legazpi, and most of its inhabitants are Roman Catholics.

Northern Mindanao (Region X) noted for its accessibility, business growth, and tourism attractions. According to the 2007 Census, the city has an estimated population of 553,996 inhabitants.
There are also other places in the
Philippines with a
Cagayan name. One must distinguish Cagayan de Oro from
Cagayan Province in Northern Luzon and the Cagayan Islands in the
Sulu Sea.
The name Cagayan de Oro may appear abbreviated as CDO, CDOC, CdeO or Cag. de Oro.

Busuanga is a municipality in the province of Palawan, Philippines. The territory of Busuanga covers the western one-third of Busuanga Island, which is part of the Calamian Group of Islands lying between Mindoro and mainland Palawan. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 16,287 people in 3,047 households.
The Busuanga town proper, Salvacion, is approximately 50 kilometers from the town proper of its neighboring municipality of Coron. Travel time is approximately two and a half to three hours by land.

seat of government but the City of Manila is the
capital.
